Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 12-20 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take up to business 45 days.
LATE DELIVERY POLICY
If an order is not confirmed delivered by 45 business days after the order is shipped, please contact customer service at email@example.com for either a full refund or a replacement.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
----Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please visit our Returns Center to begin a claim.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
YamiKawaiiCo does not pay for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and begin processing as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please visit our Returns Center. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
